I want you to have the best experience possible, so let’s make sure we’re the right fit. This might not be for you if you’re looking for an ultra-luxury trip planner, you’re traveling with a large group (more than 6 people) or you need someone to book everything for you. I provide recommendations for accommodations, transport, and activities, but I don’t handle bookings.
Do you book flights, hotels, or activities for me?
No—I provide recommendations and links, but you’ll book everything yourself. This gives you full control and flexibility over your trip.
What if I already have some plans?
No problem! Just mention them in the questionnaire when booking, and if you choose the Custom Travel Itinerary, I’ll incorporate them into your itinerary.
Can you plan just part of my trip?
Absolutely! If you only need help with certain days, let me know in the questionnaire what’s already planned and what you still need help with. That way, I can come prepared for our call.
Do you plan trips for groups?
I specialize in planning for solo travelers, couples, families, and small groups of up to 6 people. If you’re traveling with a larger group and need help booking private coaches or large-group tours, I may not be the right fit.
When will I receive my itinerary or call notes?
Custom Travel Itinerary: Delivered within 10 business days.
Travel Consultation Call: You’ll get a written follow-up within 3 business days.
What if I need changes to my itinerary?
Your Custom Travel Itinerary includes one round of revisions to make sure it’s just right. If you need additional changes, I can arrange them for an extra fee.
How far in advance should I book this service?
I recommend planning your itinerary 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. If you’re traveling soon, I can still help—just keep in mind the 10 business days delivery time for custom itineraries.
If you’re booking the consultation call instead of a full itinerary, you can do that anytime!
